True North Sober Support offers non-clinical recovery coaching for alcohol use and early sobriety. Coaching is not medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment.
Tom is not a licensed clinician or medical provider. Coaching is intended to augment—not replace—12-step programs, therapy, or clinical treatment.
